Publishing the panel
Configure CH_TICKET_PANEL and CAT_TICKET_OPEN from the dashboard, then run /ticket panel in the channel of your choice. Members open a ticket with a single click.
Support workflow
/ticket claim and /ticket unclaim assign a ticket to a staff member. /ticket add and /ticket remove control who can see the channel.
Closing
/ticket close archives a transcript (plain text file) and moves the channel to the closed category. /ticket reopen brings it back; /ticket delete removes it for good.
